This log home sits up on a hill looking out over Deer River and undeveloped forests and wetlands. The 20 acres has 150 feet of frontage on Liver Lake but that is a wetland frontage. It does have 700 feet of good frontage on Deer River which allows boat access to Liver Lake. Liver Lake is 107 acres and 18 feet deep. Over half the lake is undeveloped state land and part of 1000s of acres of state land stretching for miles in every direction. Much of what the state doesn't own is commercial forest land; private land that is accessible like state forest land. The lake itself has extensive wetlands surrounding it which are great for fur trapping and duck hunting.
