Finally getting this done. I moved out last year ( March 2024) and just as I assumed they steal deposit money for no reason. They took $250 to move a dresser down a flight of stairs to the garage. It didn't cost me that much to have a company move all the heavy stuff downstairs and load that and the garage-full into a uhaul truck using 2 hired hands. my guess is the office manager (who I was told handles the deposit refunds) bought herself a new outfit on me. So sad too since I was an amazing renter. Rental companies need more oversight to make them behave. They get away with stealing deposits. This place is no different.
