Horrible experience. They are the worst communicators, we had multiple “property managers” although none were helpful. Honestly, most of them were quite rude. I walked into the office a few times, everyone is super unprofessional and always on their phones. They take forever to get anything done, and poor communication with second parties, like people who were supposed to fix things. Overall terrible experience would never recommend going through them. I’m not sure how they have such a high rating honestly.
