Great group of people. Very compassionate and willing to help when/where they can!!??

I have had the absolute worst experience with the property management part of this company. I absolutely would never recommend them to anyone. From the very beginning they were the worst at communication and being clear with anything regarding my property that they were managing. I was only given information regarding the marketing if I asked. On numerous occasions I was asked about information regarding my property that was clearly either something different regarding another property or they even tried to have me pay for landscaping for tenant when the lease clearly said tenant was responsible. They never negotiated a new lease like they are supposed to, letting the tenant go month to month then when I pressed them about it and they actually reached out the tenant decided to give his notice. They have been horrible to cancel service with by being inconsistent, not answering questions when asked and just flat out ignoring me. I could go on with very specific details but just want people to be aware. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Barrett real estate property management company is by far the best experience I’ve had with a rental property. Nora and Christie We’re awesome to work with. I definitely recommend this company and I would use them again.
