WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING

The bad experience I had spanned over several days dealing with Justin Sullivan. My communications started with Tara Sullivan, who was amazing. She answered my questions about the listing and responded to my message instantly. We confirmed a day and time, and on that day, she messaged me to confirm hours before the appointment time. I wasn't meeting with her, though it was with Justin. We were supposed to meet at 3:15 PM on Saturday, but he texts me at 3:07 PM while I am pulling into the property, saying that there was a miscommunication about times (even though it had been confirmed that morning). It had been multiple days between the time I had reached out and scheduled the viewing, which they chose the date and time, not me, so when he also said he was still checking with the owners about a question I asked that could determine qualifications, I was a little taken aback because again that's a waste of my time if they didn't want to work with me. Why wasn't this done during the days I was waiting to see the property? Your guess is as good as mine. When he asked me to come back at 4 PM, I advised him that we had scheduled another viewing near that time and wouldn't be able to. He gave me the times and days of when he would be available next, and I chose the day I was available next. Why did I get a text forty minutes before our appointment, canceling because he got an application in the morning, he "thinks" the owners are going to say yes to? Honestly, good for them! I understand how real estate works, and that isn't a problem. My problem is, you don't know how far away I need to come to view the property, but you knew this morning, but you chose to wait until right before my showing to cancel. And while I am sure there is someone who is going to read this and think it isn't a problem. It absolutely is because it is a lack of respect for my time. It is poor communication. That is time I could have spent viewing another property or doing anything else. EDIT: I will add that I voiced these same concerns to him directly, and he eventually messaged me back with what seems to be a sincere apology.
